My reliance Bigtv connection no. is 200735478203 and i have charged my account with Rs.2200 on 22.04.11. Before charging i have called customer care centre and confirmed the amount to be charged.
For Silver pack - 2049
for Negative bal. 65
for Alacarte-Gemini movies 60 (5 x 12)

Hence i recharged 2200/- and called your customer care centre and informed
that the child connection need not be activated and only parent connection to be activated and to be precise silver pack and gemini movies to be activated.
But on 1 may Gemini movies got disconnected and when i called customer care
i receive a vauge answer that the amount got deducted and to be recharged again.
This is absolute cheating when i called and informed how the instructions are not
followed ??? When i have not instructed to activate the child connection how
come without my instructions it got activated and if so why the information is not
passed on to me that the child connection is also got activated.
This is second instant of getting cheated by reliance Big tv earlier in the first instance you people have siphonned of Rs.2000/- by mischievious methods.
I need information regarding the transaction with whom i had conversation on 22.04.11 for
activating the silver connection and why he did not do his duty of not following the
customer instruction and why he has not appraised me to call and deactivate the child
connection.
why i should suffer because of your ineffiicient / cunning staff / management policies.

They have said their servers does not work usually from 10.00AM to 9.30AM.
What is fun of having call center and advertising that 24 x 7 service is available.

i recharged my account through on line by cash card on bigtv web site they show me you are successfully recharged ur account and send me email also.i destroyed cash card later but not added in my account. after some days i called customer care they asked me sr. no. of that cash card. i lost Rs.200 if not recharging account through on line some time why big tv keep such option. what is need to give email id What is mean of sending confirmation email after succussful recharging my smart card no. is 200580995056

Hello, My Reliance Big TV smart card no is 200570529108. As on 6/1/2012, my balance correctly showed Rs. 107.40. However, I got the shock of my life when the next day (7/1/2012), my balance turned Rs. 0.10. When I called the customer care, they advised me that I had used the IVR option on that day (7/1/12) at around 12pm to subscribe to a Sindhi pack. THis is utter none sense as I never subscribed to a Sindhi pack. For that matter, I find it hard to believe that I can subscribe to a pack via IVR.
This is how Reliance cheats people. Reliance is nothing but a fraud, and a master in cheating people. My subscription was due to expire on 20/1/12 and I had planed to subscribe to a long term plan. If this is the way people are cheated, I feel Reliance Big TV should be banned.

I had requested Reliance to provide me the telephone no via which the pack was subscribed to and Reliance is not willing to help in this regard. If this is the case, the system used my Reliance is nothing but a fraud. As of now it seems, a person can use the IVR system, type anyone's smart card no and make that person suffer. The system is just not safe.
And by the way, in no manner is my previous complaint resolved. Agree, I did recharge on 12 Feb, 2012. This does not mean that my previous complaint was resolved. Reliance has done nothing to resolve the issue. The truth is that I subscribed just for the happiness of my family at my native place. Reliance is nothing but a symbol of "GUJJU" ethics. They only try to extract the maximum from one's pocket and then cheat on that individual when there is no way out for that person. I would request everyone reading this complaint, please do not subscribe to a long term pack like 1 year and above as there high chances that Reliance misuses your money.

I can confirm that Reliance has credited an amount of Rs. 100/- in my smart card no 200570529108. I would like to say I am glad, I have finally got the fraudulantly deducted amount back in my account. But, I am far from satisfied here. First of all, it was only because of Reliance, that my parents could not watch TV from 7/1/12. Besides, it took around 3 months for the money to revert back. This shows how slow Reliance Big TV functions. Probably, Reliance will agree there is no way how Reliance can compensate me for the period where my parents could not watch TV.
However, my biggest concerns are how does Reliance address this issue. I would like to reiterate that the current system is just not safe. As of now, anyone can dial the Reliance telephone number, enter anybody's smart card no and change an existing pack. In this way the rightful owner of the smart card is affected. Reliance should create a system, which is secure and trusted by customers. Banks have Telephone Pins just to access bank account information. Reliance should come out with a similar system as the current system is just not secure and can be misused easily. I hope Reliance addresses the issue with regards to making the system more secure.
