Subject - Mental Distress harassment form the Service provider(BIG TV - Relaince Communication)
Respected Sir,
We are facing problems from our service provider BIG TV - Relaince Communication regarding improper service.
From last 15 days we have not been given service for watching the service on TV.
1} On 1st of June we gave a complaint on the Big TV customer care for improper service. Than the
customer care executive gave the complaint no 128526066
2} The problem was on the TV screen (Please insert smart card )this message was
displaying for more than 5 days for which we had launch complain.
3} So for resolving the problem the technical engineer called us but as he could do this before his call
suddenly the problem got automatically corrected and a new problem started i:e "REcharge your
account" message started displaying on the screen.
And this always happen during the remaining 8 days due of recharge of the next month subscription.
4} For having a phone call from the engineer we got charged of Rs. 170/- + Service charge
5} We have all the conversation recording between the customer care & technical
executives with us.
6} Finally till today our problem is the same and Mr. Sachin, Mr. Ronie, Mr. Amit all this technical
executives & customer care executives have not solved the problems after giving us the promises.
7} So now the least door which is left or we can knock is the consumer court forum.
As after each recharge we have to face all this problems each time.
