    Angry BIG TV - Relaince Communication

    Subject - Mental Distress harassment form the Service provider(BIG TV - Relaince Communication)

    Respected Sir,

    We are facing problems from our service provider BIG TV - Relaince Communication regarding improper service.

    From last 15 days we have not been given service for watching the service on TV.

    1} On 1st of June we gave a complaint on the Big TV customer care for improper service. Than the
    customer care executive gave the complaint no 128526066

    2} The problem was on the TV screen (Please insert smart card )this message was
    displaying for more than 5 days for which we had launch complain.

    3} So for resolving the problem the technical engineer called us but as he could do this before his call
    suddenly the problem got automatically corrected and a new problem started i:e "REcharge your
    account" message started displaying on the screen.
    And this always happen during the remaining 8 days due of recharge of the next month subscription.

    4} For having a phone call from the engineer we got charged of Rs. 170/- + Service charge

    5} We have all the conversation recording between the customer care & technical
    executives with us.

    6} Finally till today our problem is the same and Mr. Sachin, Mr. Ronie, Mr. Amit all this technical
    executives & customer care executives have not solved the problems after giving us the promises.

    7} So now the least door which is left or we can knock is the consumer court forum.
    As after each recharge we have to face all this problems each time.

    On 8 th of june a person from APPCO marketing India pvt ltd came to my home selling out Reliance BIG tv connection, i bought one from him i gave him 1490 rs and he said you will get the installation in 4-5 days and today is 17 june my installation has not been done and when i call the numbers which are provided by them no one is responding. Please tell me what to do i am really frustrated.

    Angry Overcharging & means to suck customer money

    I had purchased this Big TV DTH (Prod.ID: 200566775767) 2 years ago when these people had affordable rates & good services. But as the time passed by the tariffs & monthly charges were increased considerably. Just today my TV was working pretty well & suddenly it stops & displays an Error saying Single Lost. Well we all know that DTH do have a poor tolerance to the bad weather & rains. But when this error occurred the weather was sunny with no strong winds. When I contacted the customer care they just gave me a procedure which involved a total software blackout of the Set Top Box. On contacting them again they said that to solve this problem I will have to call their engineer & further they would deduct Rs.175 from my account for it. Neither there is a hardware problem, nor anything involving our mistake, yet the company policy stands on sucking customers hard earned money to make it theirs. A Bad Signal Error is definitely the Service providers fault.... So why should a consumer be over charged for it?? Arent their engineers paid to look after these faults?
    Moreover it has been recently been evident that the subscription charges are different for new buyers to woo them into buying their product whereas it remains too high for older ones as enough money has already been extracted from them. No wonder Big Tv has the highest monthly tariffs than any other DTH provider!

    Exclamation No response from BigTV Agent

    On 26th March a person from APPCO marketing India pvt ltd came to my home selling out Reliance BIG tv connection,saying that this is a concession offer and that day is the last day. i bought one from him and I gave him Rs1490 . I said that I shall be out of station and I want installation to be done after I come back. Since June I am calling representative named ASHISH KUMAR at phone no. 9890245745. After many calls only once he picked the phone saying that it will be done within 2 days. after that noboby has come to install . The phone is also not picked up.
