I have brought airtel digitel tv in aug 2009 with two month free super value pack .Taken two top-ups recharged 150/= .After two month on 10 oct 2009 recharged 1265/= + bal of previous total of 1365/= approx. Informed customer care that i have deposited money for one year super value pack e.i. 1155/= and rest for my two top-ups But they sttoped my services on 26 may where as i have deposited money for one year ...when asked customer care they said i have not booked for one year and my balance deducted on daily basis.this is clear cheating by airtel .
