I paid online for Aitel DTH on 6-09-2011 Rs.2790, but i have not got the Response from them. My Contact No.: +918140621022, Customer ID: 3008752108 Ref. No.: 3892427. The customer Executive of Airtel DTD named Mr. Brij mohan, Conatact no:-> +911204087601, email address:-> brij.mohan@vriti-interactive.com . I called him on his number but he is not picking up the phone. Now i need my money back from them. what should i do?. please reply..
