I submitted my contact details in airtel digital tv website to buy an HD Recorder. And I received a call from one Mr. Sunil Goswamy. He sent me a link asked me to pay Rs4890 for the HD Recorder connection. I paid it on 07/05/2011 and he promised me I will get the connection on next day. But I after that no calls, no mails, no acknowledgement. I kept calling him, mailing him, but no reply. Later on 19th May I received a call from one Miss Mahiri from the number 012040877658. She said it will take two more weeks for the installation. But I told her I am going back to Dubai on 21st and I want to make the installation before that. She said it is out of stock and can provide refund. I agreed for that she said she will send a cheque to my home address with in 10 days. Then I went to a dealer and bought HD connection and got it installed on the same day. Now it is three weeks, no refund or any information from your side. I am calling Sunil Mahiri everyday but they don't pick up the calls. And no reply to my mails. Even I sent mails to Airtel Presence and Airtel Nodal Officer, but all remains unanswered. Please do the best to get my refund.
