I am a sunscriber of sundirect DTH. I added the channel ESPN on 11.06.2010 to view the world cup, paying Rs. 38/- But when I tuned an error message "E80-35 service is currently scrambled " appeared on the screen. I lodged my complaint the same day online in their helpdesk. And i got a call from their ernakulam office saying that the error will be rectified within 24 hours. But after 48 hours when nothing has happened I contacted them again and this time they told that they are helpless, and asked me to contact their customer care centre. (I will call it a Customer Mockery centre!). on 13.06.10, I lodged my complaint, and the complaint No. is0022681407. The man told me to wait for another 24 hours to get my complaiant attended. Since then I contacted in their tel No. 04439407575(Which is a metered call no) some 10 times and each time they extended the time, and again on 15.06.2010 they registered another complaint No. 0022780889, and assured that i will get the channel by evening. And today it is 17th, and i am yet to get the channel. So above Rs. 38/- which I paid for the channel, i talked about 200 minutes total with their customer care peoplle expending another minimum 100 Rs, and without any result.
This is nothing but customer mockery by the socalled hitech channel. And the response from the customer care people is realy ridiculous and below standard. They are just fooling the customer. Either they must provide me the channel or refund the subscription amount and the telephone call charges.
