Hi,

The cable operator service is my area is ver bad and wrost service.
When we call him for any help he is rude,arrogant and does have the courtesy to talk properly.
I was happy using Hathway set box and they changed it to Digi Cable claming for better service.
I am very disappionted with the service and need immediate attention.
Just wanted to know where do I go and complain about this cable operator.

the cable operator providing me cable is giving worst service.
i m unable to view various channels.
when i call and ask him.
he is talking very ruddly.
please look inot the matter.
i m very much unhappy as they are not ready to do anything.
