I, deepak kothari haveing reliance big tv dth card no.200509672933 since 2008. On 01/06/2010 due to software problem my dth services block. I lounch complaint at big tv toll free no. I.e. 18002009001 after several attempt i able to connect with bigtv toll free. My service request no.was 128140982. After 4 day on 04/06/2010 they solve my complain.
While launching complaint they told me that there is a software problem so nothing will charge to you.

But on 05/06/2010 they debit rs.175/- from my a/c when i call to customercare again they lounch new complaint no.128505222 and told me that after 2 day your complaint will resolve and they block all services.

So i request please take need full action against complaint.

I called to your customer care for activation of a channel with my smart card . They told it was activated successfully. But after that also I was not able to see. Then I again called and made a complain. They assured me that engineer will come to my home within 2 days and will make it correcr. But no action has been taken. I am calling again and again and they are replying TOMORROW our engineer will come. Can you kind let me know how many TOMORROW I have to wait....???

Basically your service is very poor.......
not only poor.....your customer care is a ****ing customer care........

my reliance big tv smart card no.is 200519333236. It is not operating even after due recharge. telephone call from my bodaphone and BSNL cell is not completing even calling on 02230338888 call disconnect atonce without any solution.
