    Question complain against videocon D2H

    SIr, This is Nikesh Prasad from Durgapur. Few days ago, I got a sms from Videocon D2H that I got a videocon D2H on a offer after paying only Rs 440/- and i pay the amt on 28/05/10 and they told that the delivery is made on 30/05/10 but still now i am not got any delivery and still now they did not contact me. Even I contact the cust care regarding this, and they told that their is no such offer. What should I do????????

    Sir,

    i purchased videocon d2h lcd in their Paisa Vasool offer on 31.0510 from their videocon - "next showroom" in Gomti Nagar Lucknow. I received a SMS on 01.06.10 from the site www.d2hvideocon.com on my mobile number which i had registered on their 'next showroom' on buying the lcd tv stating that

    "you have win a videocon set top box with dvd in our lucky draw and you have to deposit Rs.440 i.e the tax amount only and you will get this offer totally free.

    The same day in the evening i again went to the 'next showroom' enquiring about this offer and even showed the SMS to the representatives present there.. The representatives in the showroom said that they donot know about such an offer this offer could be directly sent to you by the company as your registered details are already sent to the company. ( Instead they should have warned us against any such offer and enquired direclty from the company about any such offer.)

    On 02.06.10 i again received another SMS stating the details which is as follows ( i had downloaded the detais from that site)

    On receiving this we did exactly what was being directed to us and deposited the sum and faxed the receipt to Mr Kishan Sahoo at his SBI A/C Number: 20012395019 faxed the report to Fax Number 011- 47615787.

    Since then i have not received any initimation from the said www.d2hvideocon.com site.

    i even went the "next showroom" in Gomti Nagar Lucknow. They contacted to videocon d2h company on their toll free number to some executive ( which they should have done on my first visited enquiry earlier).
    The executive on the toll free number informed us that their is no such offer given by the company and this could be a fraud.

    Now what should i do as remedy for this because i have already spent Rs 440 + Rs 35 ( fax amount) +time + energy + lost of faith in the videocon company

    Default Not listening to my complaint

    My name is Devendra. Customer ID is 1300323. Intead of recharging I am not able to see the channels. In my account the recharge amount is getting deducted on daily basis. Try to call their call center but no revert from there. After long waiting of 14-15 minute not able to speack to call center executive. Some times the call get dropped from their side once i near to my turn to spack with there executive. I am frustrated with the service they providing and not understanding how to approach them to make aware about the problem.

    Please help.

    d2h is not working.it is totaly off.no on or off.u r call center persons told me that eng. will arrive in timing 24 or 48 hrs.but no one arrive.no body help me for solve my problem.they tell me we will replace ur setup box.
    but no one arrive.till today my problem is still.is that ur service to ur custmers.

    I am facing a problem from D2H since two months by not getting proper service. i had written so many mail to them but didnt get any proper response from them. i am attahing the mail. kindly help how we can go about this??????????

    Blunt message is that please take your setup box and we don’t want any kind of service from you people. You people are failure to provide the services. Kindly come to our place and take the setup box.

    Dear team,

    I am facing a problem from D2H since two months by not getting proper service.
    1)i had called so many times them but didnt get any proper response from them.from last some days i m facing issue of CHANNEL MISSMATCH, every time they were giving engineers will reach to you within 48 hours, but they dont cmae and as i call again and asked about my complaint id cc told me that issue is resolved and engineers are visited but fact is that without reaching to customer they close complaints.they told me that they will call me as they reach nearby my home location but i havent yet received any call
    2) As no strong material not used fibre material of dish broke up.

    kindly help how we can go about this.

    I am not happy with your mail. I have repeatedly told and mailed you that inspite of paid connection charge I was kept deprived from the service.Not only that I was harrased for constant 15 days by your inmates..Somebody was regularly coming to repair connection and was back with no result.This was happened for 7 to 8 times. I presided them repeatedly but i was not giving proper reply These 15 days I had to remained without cricket match for which i am found of and for which I got your connection. .Now i am repentant for having your connection. You are not justifying with me. Only token penalty will satisfy me. Please note that I am so much unhappy with your dealing to me.

    because it was not possible to do so , i resorted to recharge with a 300 rs card

    when i used it in your website it is asking me for 16 digit number where as only 12 digit number is on the card

    then i used your customercare phone number and took the assistance

    hi,
    my customer number is 12422565.
    yr device is not working properly since last 10days even i am not able to talk with yr customer care
    executive. sometime i able talk with executive but sudenly it
    disconnects.

    This is realy very poor service. pls take action and send
    yr executive as soon as possible.

    I have spent almost 100rs to talk with executive but they r also not able to solve this issue. pls cal

    I have already sent an email to videocon d2h but they have not replied yet and not even got call from them yet.

    I am your customer and my mobile no. is 9704579923. I am receiving spate of fake
    messages from your customercare, saying that I am in dues. In fact I have taken the connection
    only in Nov,2010 and till Feb,2011 I am not due anything. They have also confirmed that my
    present current account balance is Rs.499-02. When I call your customercare number
    18002000111 the response is that ALL THE EXECUTIVES ARE BUSY! This is the reply I am
    getting for the last four days. There seems to be no responsible person there or the staff there
    have switched this constant message and holidaying elsewhere. Please set right the position
    immediately. If you cant do anything, say so and I will surrender my d2h connection. I am
    totally VEXED with your customer care which does not care the customer. Please reply.

    Dear Sir,

    This is reference to the problem in my Videocon D2h that my Antina of Cable was misplaced / turnoff by air. We contacted your Engineer, he was asking for Rs. 300/- while when we call customer care they told that we not need to pay anything for that.
    Please resolve this issue.
