    Default services disconnected before valid time

    Dear Sir,
    I had installed two d2h on18/4/11 &18/5/11 customer id no 41310555 & 43846241 respectively initialy both were charged by Rs 300/- indivisibly , the services should be continue till 18/7/11 &18/8/11(for three months) but unfortunately services has been blocked from 2/7/11 &5/7/11 complaing to your customer care problem has not been solved yet
    So please resolve my problem and start services with additional intrepted day service

    Default delay in the service

    last from one month i m getting the problem in the service . no one is ready to solve the problem if u r not intersted in serving us so why you are telling the best service if we ask for serivce they r making us fool i m just geting the worng service

    Default deduction of unnecessary charges

    Dear sir myself Vivek Kautik Barhate a regular customer of videoconD2H my customer ID is 19924670. I was just approached at your Jalgaon city service centre for shifting of my dish and not shifted my dish. No one your service engineer is yet visited or come for shifting Dish. From Jalgaon service centre misguide us as you have done shifting within 30 minuits by our engineer and for that you have not to pay any charges just give amount in cash after shifting Dish at Place. But after that without any shifting or not even any visiting of your enginner you have deducted Rs.200/- from my Account. After giving 3 complaints at you there is no any action and every time i will get promise of depositing the deducted amount. Here i will kindly ask you for credit my deducted my balance urgently.

    Default d2h recharge was failed

    i am Devabhai Dokal G. i was recharge amount of 200 Rs my videocond2h custmer ID is 45789076 through SBI NET banking on date 06/11/2011 but my videocond2h is still not recharge and amount of 200 Rs was debit from my accont no : 00000031654392323 of SBI.i am give to you transaction ID no 26583050IG75092275 TRANSFER TO 31162743009 STATE BANK OF INDIA
    so please do to recharge of D2h.

    dear sir

    my d2h is not receiving any signal apart from bangla channels. I called to your custoer care center, but they are telling to do same procedure. but still no any sinals are receiving, and channels also. mosaic is not showing any programs.please help to start my d2h.

    Default Transfer of wrongly deducted amount

    Dear Sir,

    I have the honour to state that i had lodge a complain through customer care vide complain no 86336273 regarding re installation of antenna to avoid monkey disturbance as it was installed at the top of my building and which is frequently disturbed by monkey resulting to signal failure.

    Very next day your service engineer Mr Madan from Badarpur ,New delhi visited my residence and after survey he told me that the place where i was planning to reinstall, is not a suitable place as there will be signal problems and accordingly i changed my programme to re install the antenna and then he just aligned the DISH ,which was disturbed by the monkey and then TV received the signals . Immediately after completion of the alignment of DISH,he submitted job completion report to his senior through telephone stating that , he has only done alignment of the DISH and not re installation of DISH.

    After your engineer, leaved from my residence the signal again lost and then i checked my balance which was Rs -555/-. Immediately, i lodged complain vide COMPLAIN NO:- 86456189 and no fruitful response received, again i made complain vide COMPLAIN NO:- 86791364 on 29 Nov 11 and till date no action has been taken by your company.I am sorry to say that, it is not accepted from such reputed big company like VIDEOCON .
    I am suffering from last one week and due to this problem i am not able to recharge my account also .
    In view of the above you are requested to intervene and resolve my problem at the earliest.
