I am M K Sarma (Phone No.09435137566) and my Airtel DTH Cutomer ID is 3002936940. On 23rd April, my airtel TV started showing "No Signal". It could not be rectified at our end. For few days no one could even be contacted through the helpline number. Finally, a complaint (Complain No: 2628787) was launched to the customer service cell on 5th May. But, no one turned up. Yet after a couple of days I got an SMS from Airtel informing me that the problem had been resolved. I replied back with an SMS that the problem was not resolved. Meanwhile, an email was also sent to customer service, but nothing happened. I again called up the helpline when the cutomer care executive gave me the phone number (09957581765) of some local service provider and I was also told that the entire money which is being sucked by Airtel on daily basis in spite of no signal would be refunded. The local service provider had promised to rectify the problem within a day. But, no one turned up despite following up for 5/6 days. Thereafter, he gave me another phone number (09957525075) which number is never picked up. Then I again called up the helpline on 5th June and narrated the entire story when the customer care executive registered the complaint afresh with Complain No: 296992 and assured that the complaint would be resolved by the next day. But, no one turned up and the problem remained unresolved till date. Yet money is being consumed from my Account everyday.
It is absolutely poor service from Airtel.
I want that the issue is addressed suitably and my problem is resolved on priority.
