With reference to the above subject ,Please note that I am one of your valued customers as having 3 Airtel Mobile Connections & 2 DTH I have been following up with your customer care from last 15 days for resolving out my Airtel set of box problem but everytime they give me new complaint number & sms comes that ur problem is resolved and that too without attending the complaint and keep me waiting for whole day which is something I don't expect from Airtel.Even we have been give a dealer Mobile no. 9560199774 by Airtel customer care but mostly the concern guy is not picking up my call and whenever he pick up the call then he starts shouting / abusing .
