I have paid Rs 1100 through net Rechage on line on 16 September. Due to oversight I paid the rechage in in wrong CV number.

When I checked the acounts I realized the error and immediately I sent mail to DIshTV customer care. I wrote to them on 19 Sept, 20 Sept, 25 Sept, 26 Sept, 8 Oct 9 Oct.and in between I also spoke to them through their SMS service DISHTV CALLME 3-4 times.
Let me inform you that till date my rechageamount of Rs 1100 has not been transferred in my account. Now they are informing me that The time for transfer is with 120 hours. They are not in position to transfer my money in my account. I have had lot of communication through DISH TV CALL ME.and each time I have explained to them from beginign for at least 30-45 min on phone.
This CALL ME service is also big Organised mafia. as they make money for air time they are engaged. the Service agents keep asking same information again and again and then transfer the call to some other colleague and he repaeats same questions again and again wasting complainants valuable time and money.
Sir these unilateral rules should be stopped. and my money should be immediately transferred in my account immediately.I have already wasted so much time and gone through harrasment through their customer care dept.
