Hi,

I am using Multi TV connection with reliance and I am currently subscribed to their Diamond Pack. I had subscribed to Reliance on 20th June 2011 in which they had charged me for parent connection subscription for one year with a child connection subscription for 3 months. I am being told that child TV connection is being recharge on half cost of parent TV connection. Parent TV connection cost is Rs 298 per month and child connection cost is Rs. 149 as told to me by Reliance. As my child TV connection is due for recharge after 3 month of purchase, I had recharged this for 9 months with respect to my child tv connection as told by reliance customer support executive on 20th September 2011 for Rs. 1341( 149 per month). Now I had received a sms from Reliance that my child TV connection is due for recharge and services for child TV connection is not available after 31st Jan 2012 and while speaking to Reliance customer support executive today they have told me that my child TV connection is treated as separate connection with no link to parent TV connection and I being charged for the Rs 298 per month for child TV connection. This is completely cheating with the customer and now reliance giving empty rhetoric that they can't do anything and they will only link this child TV connection to Parent TV connection on June 20th 2012. There customer support department is pathetic and instead of resolving issue they are showing there helpless attitude and putting blame on the customer to not understand technicality.
