This is with reference to my complaint as above, regarding putting me wrong package regarding.

Earlier when I started my journey with Tata sky at that time I was in South Indian Jumbo Package which is very expensive it is around Rs.650 per month. Even though it is expensive I continued the same for quite some period and stopped renewing it. Your executives called me No. of times to renew it but I politely told them every time they called not now. In this regard on 25th of October 2011 i.e a few months back I have seen your advertisement in Saakshi Daily (enclosed)and I myself called your customer care (040-66006633) and enquired about the Dhamal Mix package (i.e Rs.165 per month less than a Samosa (Rs.5.50)) And I have also made the payment on the same day towards that Dhamal mix package. Now, I request you to kindly look into this matter and let me know why your customer executive has not changed my earlier South Indian Jumbo plan to Dhamal mix package after a long phone call discussion with me also. I request you to hear my recorded conversation with the executive of TATA Sky DTH dated 25.10.2011 from my mobile (9849566889) and do needful at the earliest.

Yesterday your executive called me from Ph No.040-27655814 and told me that my subscription is going to expire in this month, I was astonished after receiving the call. I hope this is the mistake of your executive (A Lady) who attended me on that day i.e 25th October 2011 @9.30am. She might have not changed my plan on that day why and what happend I don't know.

Kindly look into this and do justice.
