Greetings for the day,

I am from Pune, I purchased a new set up box of videocon d2h and in starting they have given me 6 months diamond pack free and after 6 months i made the recahrge for more six months. But now the problem is that from last 25days my videocon setup box is not working not a single channel is coming on T.V regarding this i made the complaint in the company call centers and every time they are saying that our engineer will come and solve the problem but continously from the last 25 days no one is coming to solve my problem.

Please help me and guide me what to do in this regards because directly they are cheating the customers. Please help me i am eagerly waiting for your reply.

I have lodged complain for problem in my Videocon D2H on 5th July in spite of repeated request to D2H customer care toll free number no one is responding properly. Every time they are giving time 24 to 48 Hr to solve the problem.

In market many dish TV reliable services, It is better that I choose a new One.

My Videocon d2h Remote control has again gone out of order.
The remote has been changed after my complaint during the first week of November 2010.
The MUTE button has got cranked and its jam and not functioning.
As the MUTE button was put on for attending a phone call near the TV, and when I tried to UNMUTE and hear the volume of the channel the MUTE button has abruptly stopped working and I am not able to UNMUTE and hear the volume.

Kindly do the needful immediately and oblige

I am facing a great failure of of your services as your customer. It also very difficult to make u call becouse ur nos. are always busy.
I have purchased one setelite TV on 7th Dec. 2010 from Dhakoli Zirakpur at Khalsa TV Centre, but i’m struggling a problem from wednesday and my sattelite connection is not working. i have made a lot of phone calls to toll free no. but no result.
