I have applied for a Airtel DTH, i have called up customer care for the new connection, they have sent me a representative from SHELL Transource, i have made a payment of Rs.2390/- who have promised me to install the connection in 48 hrs but could not.

I am not knowing what to do now.

the receipt number which shell transource have given is : 31972.

I have requested for new connection last week and paid 4790/- with shell transource representative on Jul 15th. I have been informed that the installation will be done in 48hrs however it is not done yet.

No use of calling the customer support.

I have made the payment for Airtel DTH connection and installation through Shell Transource Ltd. They have promised me that the installation will be done with in 24-48 hours. now its been days till now no update from them. Each time when I make a call to them they are telling me that i will get an update on this with in 1 hour. till now no valid updates. I want my money back. I dont need Airtel DTH.
