Angry Complaint for Bharti Airtel DTH service

Customer Id :-3004351561
We are very sorry to say that the DTH service under the above customer id is not working since the date of incorporation i.e. 13-6-2010.
We have made several requests to your customer care center on hour to hour basis which is on record. Despite of that the problem has not yet been resolved. This all made me feel that yours after sale service is of very poor quality and is not acceptable. We therefore request you to kindly remove the complete set of arrangement within an hour from the receive of this mail and refund the amount of Rs.999/- paid through transaction id 9245114 and in addition to this we further lodge claim of Rs.5000/- on account of disconnection of our regular TV supply and non availability of any service due to interruption by your DTH service. Kindly do the needful without any further delay.

We are very sorry to say that the DTH service under the above customer id is not working since the date of incorporation, not installed properly as i could not check and i signed the installation papers as there was no powerat the time of installation

We have made several requests to your customer care center on hour to hour basis which is on record. Despite of that the problem has not yet been resolved.

the complaint no 3053523 has been cloosed without attending, though there was no power for the last two days in this area, airtel staff are not trustable and liers

This all made me feel that yours after sale service is of very poor quality and is not acceptable. We therefore request you to kindly remove the complete set of arrangement and refund amount of Rs.1690 paid, and pay rs 10000/ for giving all the trouble and for making me to wait.

Kindly do the needful without any further delay

Thumbs down Airtel DTH Pathetic Service (not installed after transfer)

Airtel DTH Id: 3000783856

We shifted from Mumbai to Hyderabad and put up a request for re-installation but after regular follow-ups the complaint with them is still open. The money from my pre-paid account is getting deducted day by day but the dish and setup box is not connected at all. After not having tv connection for 2 weeks, we have to subscribe another cable service.
We applied for cancellation of service and they are not ready to refund my prepaid balance which I never used. Also they are taking dish and setup without refunding any amount from the initial amonunt of setup box.
Because of this I missed the world cup, which come once in 4 years.
I request for a claim for the damage done in addition to the prepaid balance of Rs 400 (which I never used) + 1750 for the set up box.

I have paid rs.5750.to airtel dealer by cheque for mega pack of one year on 25/02/2010.my cable connection disconnected since 24/08/2010 and i have complained to so many officers and here and there but nobody is resolving it nither giving my money back.from .mr.neelam shah ,ahmedabad.mob no.9825074288.

Default Poor response and after service response of airtel DTH

The worst service is being provided by the company. My complaint nos 3682141 and 3709894 and after that so many calls being made to the customer service are being kept pending for days altogether. the first complaint lodged on 28 Aug 10 assured that complaint will be resolved by 30 the Aug. On nonresolving complaint got relodged on 31Aug with an assured resolving by 02 sep 0130pm. again complained and not resolved till now.

The service discontinued even during the free service of 4 months. the system not to be purchased by any one. none will help in the resolving of problem. i request my settop box may please be taken back and compensation of 15,000/- may be paid for losing patience for the entire family.

the complete management to be blamed for not managing the system after strating the service in a brader perspective.

i will be filing case againist airtel for the poor service and discontinuation in service even after lodging complaints.

Default I am not satisfied with Airtel DTH service

I have been taken Airtel DTH since dated on 4th July, 2010. I have complianed many times about my service but no response has come from you and this are the complian numbers which I have complianed earlier. This is my id no.- 3004561226

Thumbs down Airtel DTH Pathetic Service (not deinstall and reinstall)

I have sifted my house so I have requested for location change to your customer care 8 days back (request id- 6630645) and your executive has give me time for Saturday. When I called on Saturday to know the status than your executive told me that all of our executive are busy so we won’t be able to help you today and he confirmed that our person will visit you on Sunday before 3:40 pm (request id – 3749645). On Sunday when I called to customer care they told me that we will send executive tomorrow and same story repeated again even today also so please tell me is this the way you guys support to your customer, you know I have called 25 times and every time I received same massage that we will revert back to you within two hours but not received even a single call. Today also till now I have not received any response.

I request you to please take your setup box back and refund my money back. Also compensate for mobile bill, daily charges of your connection, current available balance and compensation for harassment.

Thumbs down Pathetic service dept of airtel...

hi..

my customer id is : 3003705670

i had a problem with remote control of airtel dth.. they only need to give me new remote control ... since last 20 days i was doing follow up with airtel customer care centre .. till today i have received four complain nos 381861, 3858041 , 3908953 , 3922715 ... everytime i was told that your complain will be solved in next 48 hrs.. all are rediculas thing and fake commitment from customer care executive... i was also told that we are doing MAIL BAJI to seniors, service provider, engineers etc.. etc.. but the result is big ZERO... i think they are masters in communication but not in service...

Angry Poor Airtel DTH service

Hi,

I am Satya.K from bangalore. My Customer id is 3004237752. My airtel dth services is not working from 20/10/2010. Today i.e, 26/10/2010 I have called up many times to customer care number and spoken to many supervisors regarding my problem and no one were responded properly and my issue is still unresolved. Nobody turned up to my place. They were least bothered about the customer issue. I have not even changed my residence address also. It's been more than a week. Please can any one has the information regarding the head of the department? or any number from where I can get this solved ?or anywhere I can go n complaint on this ****ing airtel dth service? any information regarding this appreciated.

Default Airtel Customer care executies are idiots

My customer ID is 30053298*9, now there is breach of my privacy as well as my security the customer executive tells me that some by name Mr.Thakkar has ordered a change in my plan and they have changed they themselves are telling that they got a call from him and changed it when I contacted this guys he said he is airtel dealer in Ahmedabad, where as I resided in Andhra pradesh how can an person who is in Ahmedabad know my name, mobile number and my Id number, if someone nayone calls and ask for a change they will made it mine was a economy package with rate of 213 and now they have changed it to 162 packages and thus change my south pacakages it is game plan of the airtel itself to create a fake name and then change it is a breach of my privacy and security I have left my Id number with * intentionally. please resole my problem as I have to miss world cup this year


Please some body give trai email so that I can send my complaint to them

I have complained this many a times to customer care executives and they respond in a negative way. It is urgent and needs to be rectified as I am concerned that this person with all my details is a threat to my privacy.

HOW COME WITHIN 3 TO 4 DAYS ?????????????????????????????????????????????????? ?????????????????????????????????????????????????? ???????????????????????????????? WHERE AS I AM GVN ONE MONTHS FREE PACKAGE.??????????????????????????????????

Angry Airtel DTH

Already i got an Airtel DTH service.
After noticing an advt. in the Airtel home website about"A la carte Packs" ,i likely to subscribe it
But when i call the customer care center of banglore,they told me that" there no such offer existing and may be airtel have mistakenly entered it in there home website" these are the response i got from Airtel coustmer care center.
Never ever expect such attitude from Airtel.
If there is no such offer then why its being given in the home website..............Too TOO Bad.

Angry Worst response from AIRTEL DTH Customer Care.

This is A.Purushothaman from Bangalore.. My Customer id is 3007616333.. I bought new Airtel DTH connection on 30.04.2011. After a next day when we bought, we got problem with DTH(Signal loss Code:B001).We are raising a request to customer care on daily basis but the output your side is a BIG ZERO. Before we buy aitel DTH, that customer care fellows were calling us 100 times daily but after sales we are calling customer care 100 times daily.. From the past one week we are facing stupid response from your customer care.. pls rectify my problem otherwise take back your AIRTEL DTH and refund my money...Airtel is technically updated cheater............

Default Regarding services related to dish

Hi,

This is to inform you that I hold an account no. 3007499801 of Airtel DTH.

I was informed that services would be free of cost with in 6 month time frame from date of installation.

Around 15 days back, due to heavy storm in Noida, my dish come out from the wall where it was fixed. I called up the customer care and they sent and executive, but he didn't come up with drilling machine.

But committed that he would come in evening but I waited for him almost whole day, but he didn't come up and no calls. After that I got a message that my request has been succesfully done.

After that I made calls to customer care and registered complaints almost 4 times (Service request Nos: 8748422,8713904, 8327233, 8250730)and during call executives assured me to work would be done without any cost and time frame which I've requested them.
They also committed that number of days of compensation would be given to me what I've lost in my membership.

Issue is:
i) Problem what I found they are not resolving the issue and sending messages that issue has been resolved, they need money, they are forcibly pushing this request as relocation, but I never told that it has been relocated rather I am asking for simple service that you fix my dish and start these channels. But they were negotiating for 100 and 200 rupees.
That seems to be harassment of customer.

ii) I am not satisfied with the kind of commitment you have, as I've lost faith on you.

iii) You resolve it or not but one thing I must say that your services are worst and I should not go for any kind of services in future.

iv) Certainly, in long run your reputation would not be appreciated as you don't regret and just ask for money by just saying normally "sorry" which has become a usual way of communication for you. Believe me this is not going to work at all.

Default Complaint on airtel DTH services.

I purchased airtel DTH on 17.11.2010. Before purchasing the airtel marketing persons called atleast 20 times in a day for purchase. After purchasing I was compelled to call 100 times to customer care centre but no response. Every month atleast two to three times the signal loss complaint is being lodged and their technician attends leisurely at their own time i.e. three to four days after the complaint. The technician comes and calls to their control room and restores connection. This entire drama is being done by the airtel technicians purposely. The problems lodged are technical in nature. But the technicians demands for the payment of Rs.100/- for every call. This has become a big nonsense and cheating the public for money and intentionally putting the customers in problems.

I confidently feel that the airtel dish is big cheating agency. No proper response from the customer care centre.

At present my DTH connection lost for the last few days and no action has been taken by the customer care centre even after repeated calls.

Default Airtel dth

We have subscribed for ZEE Plus Hindi and Sun network Tamil on 8/6/2011 vide bill no 1329 but so far we could not get these channels to our t v. we have visited several times to Airtel DTH Services
Tirupati dealer -Sri Srinivasa Mobiles but could get neither any help nor service from them. we are getting Error 4 while tuned to these channels.

Thumbs down Airtel DTH needs to improve or shut shop

My acc number 3004151917 and have recently upgraded to their HD recorder. The sales advisor was very persistent and followed up diligently till I made a payment of Rs. 3990. Now the installation was promised to be done within 24hrs which after my incessant calling and complaining happened in 6 days. The person who did the installation had to relocate the dish antennae and did a shoddy job. After 5-6 days the signal started playing up and I informed them of it on 12th Aug 2011. We were called on Saturday and told that someone will come on Sunday by 10am which did not happen and on calling them they send two boys who are clueless by 12:10pm. He concluded that because the dish wasn't secured well there is instability in the signal. Since he did not have the tools the issue could not be fixed and he proactively offered for someone to come the next day by 2pm. No one turns up and the contact centre is like a clown house. I am told that someone will come by 6pm and as usual over promise is Airtel's second name no one turned up. I call their contact centre today and happen to speak with a floor supervisor who has promised that an engineer will come by 5pm or else they will disconnect my line and take their instrument with a full refund....If there is someone from Airtel who does respond to this then please do not use the word Sorry & Apologize as these aren't what you feel. I am only interested in a resolution and services which I am promised and am paying.

Default Complain regarding the service delay od the Air Tel DTH.

Sir,
I have purchased an Air Tel DTH from a dealer , situated at Kodambakkam on 18.09.2011. It is very disappointing to say that the service is not yet activated and even after paying such an huge amount I am in vain. We also tried to call the service engineers but there was no proper response from his end aswell. And now I feel that I am lost. The below mentioned are few of my details.

Dear Sir,
This is Sravan Kumar with Airtel DTH Connection 3004530075. Recently I had to shift my house from 8th floor to 11th Floor in Elitapromenade J.P.Nagar 7th Phase Bangalore 78 for which I had requested airtel customer care to send some one to relocate the antenna. One of your employee by name Mr.Mahesh whose Contact no.is 9731754667 had come to do the relocation on 9th of Sept. 2011. We inquired with him about add on connection for which he told us that it will cost us Rs.4,400/- with 6 months subscription for super value pack and volunteered to get it done for us. Since he was from Airtel and in airtel uniform, we believed him and agreed to pay him the amount. Next day at the time of instalation of the same he came up with another story that the old scheme of 6 months free subscripton is discontinued and now it is for two months only. We still agreed to his version and told him to go ahead with the connection.Now to my surprise I get a message from Airtel that I need to recharge within 5 days as the balance in my account is low. I request you take stringent action against this employee of yours and set an example for other employees so that no other customer is taken for ride and safe guard your reputation also.His mobile is still active is available on the said mob. no. and immediately switches of the mobile when enquired about the fraud.
Hope my complaint does not find place in your trash and some serious action is taken.

Default Signal Problem to Airtel DTH

I am connected to Airtel DTH from 21.11.2010. My Customer I.D. NO:3005943248.

From yesterday (06.11.2011) afternoon there is no signal.It came back in the evening for few seconds and again the problem still continue.I tried to contact the Customer Care.I got connected to the executive but half way the line got disconnected.I was trying to talk to the executive from yesterday 06.11.2011 till today, but no response to my call.I tried both toll free and tolled nos, but no luck.

So, I am putting my complain in mail so that my complain get attended.

airtel dish tv is a son of bitch,

i close there dish near about 6 month ago, but they dnt leav me alone, they call me 20 times in a day ,for reqst for recharg, a computer call,

i fed up and close my cell no. also, but they now still calling on my new no.,
wat can i do?

how they got my new no. in just 1 day?

plz help me
