I have taken, Reliance Big TV in the month of may date:20.(smart card no:200655045257) There is a problem with remote the remote is totaly not working form june 3rd.The same has been intimted to their call centre on 3th of june, they promised that an engineer would come and rectify the problem within 48 hours. Till date i have made 4 complaints number's (complaint no's : 128307695, 128619264, 128800231, 129011183 )and their engineer is yet to come... Reliance, which is present in almost all the business sectors, is offering such worst service... i am not at all happy with their service. As a pilot project, they have launched this only for the employees, if this is the kind of service they are offering to an employee, just imagine what will they offer to an unknown consumer...
As i request you (consumer court ) to take action as early as possible...
