Recently Sun Direct has moved to a new Satellite. When I switch on my TV, I am getting a message saying "We have moved to a new satellite. Hence your Dish needs to be retuned to the new satellite immediately. Service on this satellite will stop shortly. Our distributor/Dealer will do the Dish adjustment free of cost. To enjoy uninterrupted programs/Channels please contact your nearest dealer/distributor immediately."
It’s been more than one and half month passed. Day by day the no. of channels I am viewing is reducing but every month Sun direct charging for the total channels. Apparently Sun direct charging for the services which are not actually provided to me. I am very frequently calling Sun direct customer care and complaining them to provide the full services. So far two service request has been raised to restore the services for me on priority. As per the customer care people my request has been transferred to the Technical department 15 days back. But nothing happened.
Here I am loosing money in two ways.
1. I am paying for the services which I am not getting from Sun direct
2. I had to call Sun direct customer care very frequently to get the complete services.
As this is the problem with service provider (Sun direct) why should customer suffer with that? They should have engaged adequate staff to restore the services. Otherwise they should not charge for the services which they are unable to provide.
Since from last one month Sun direct mentally tortured me a lot. My family is also suffering a lot due to this. I have no patience to wait. I request you to kindly do the needful.
