hello evryone!!
i m jayant mishra. i had register complaint on 15th aug2010 and called everyday to seniors of airtel service managers and this is disgusting that nobody take any action regarding my dth even service providedr lies in front of service managers(farah/namita/vineet..) my airtel dth customer id is 3002301041 and my contact no is 987130805. i m very distrub frm airtel service and never take any products of airtel in future and same is avised to my relatives and friends also. if there is someone looking my mail, could i ask you to why it is too bad service of airtel. i m going to JAGO GRAHAK JAGO KANDRA in this week. meanwhile, i want to say that airtel has so bad service in india..and i m planned to take a tata-sky tommorow.... many thanks for your grand support service AIRTEL. Rs 300 cradit but he can not seen Any channel so pls.help this person complain by Dealer atlist 5 to 6 times but nobody can problem solw atleast call the costmer. |

id no 3005653503 airtel dth schdule of installation on 21-10 2010 service engg come with faulty remote and non working set of box more than 100of messages remote replaced and gone. tilldate noaction taken,airtelinformed that they wiill replaced with repaired one .After non accepted of old setof box .airtel informed it will be replaced 23 th before 16 hrs.beauty of fixing of dish trail and error method by 3 engg
service is very poor they not with own advertise instaaling in stuiplated time. |

Submitted that my serveice request for no-video display was registered on dt. 20/10/10. Even after contacting on following day 24/10/10,28/10/10, 01/11/10, 04/11/10 no body was reponsing & not attended the complaint. Finally your technician resolved the problem on dt. 12/11/10 on telephon itself.
It is regretted for such type of services provided by Airtel. Kindly take necessary action in this regard who are defaulter & immediate compansation to me for these days i.e. from 20/10/10 to 12/11/10 that is 23 days, @ 4.33 Rs. Per day & oblize . Thanks |

Do you all know that there's a very big problem in the Airtel Selfcare system, i.e. if you add or club multiple accounts like you Postpaid Mobile, DSL/Landline or Digital TV... then you will get the full details of other customers reflecting in your account.
In my case i have full details of other customer (database) like their residential address, personal email id, mobile no, outstanding amt, last payment details, mode of payments, card used, itemized bills, etc... I am experiencing this problem more than a year and after several complains they just delete my profile and re-register my selfcare system and again i see other customers details... This means our data is not safe with Airtel and any moment it can be hacked or misused by anyone... or one can face any kind of harassment, even your bank a/c can be cleaned up... you never know. I have complained so many times but unfortunately they couldnt resolve it but if i would have been working for Airtel then 100% i would have resolved this problem... 28.01.2011.
Account no 3005763088 On purchase of LCD, I was given a Airtel Digitaltv i.e. trial of product on Consumer's Cost. (Airtel HD Digital was must, you can't refuse.) I was asked to pay Rs.750/- as activation charge, with 3 monts free subscription and one month subscription of HD Channel. The Dish was installed in the last week of October-2010. Picture was not clear and it starts getting hanged from the FIRST DAY and also HD channel was not provided. This I reported to Samsung LCD Dealer and Airtel person and after two to three days of complaint and intervesion of Samsung LCD Dealer, they provided me HD Channel. But picture getting stilled and late response of STB remained unsolved. Since installation this problem was there. I must have reported this issue on Daily basis but every time a Number was being provide and representative used to visit and after trying for some time they reply in single word that is 'SYSTEM IS UPDATING'. After my regular complaint they came with an option of changing Set Top Box with a Repaired one, to this I denied and insited for a New One. But lastly I agreed and they changed my two and half month old STB with a Old repaierd one, but problem remained the same. Thereafter they changed the LCB, but problem remained as it is, on the contrary it has increased i.e now signal goes-off, though the box is on. When I said them that you have consumed my free period of three month (for which I had paid Rs.750/-) then One of their representative sitting at Delhi and Ahmedabad replied that period will be extended by 15 days ore more. But yeaterday as problem remained unsolved and subscription was expiring on 29.01.2011, I rang to Ahmedabad representative and reminded him for extending the period, he was pleased to extend by One or two days. Hence I am totally un-satisfied because these Airtel digitaltv has consumed my Whole three months for their trial of HD Box, for which I had paid Rs.750/. So I request Airtel Digital not fool the Customers. And I request all the Citizen to be careful becuase in my case they have just tried thier product on my cost and shamlessly please to extend subscription by One day or two. |

Myself Manish yadav, my registered mobile number is 9313432850. i have shifted mayur vihar phase1 to vaisali sec-2a. i registered my complaint regarding relocation in your help line number 3 times but my problem is not resolve till date. On 15.06.2011 I registerted a complaint on your customer care office & regularly i am calling in your customer care office. but your repersantative gives promise for resolve the complaint but no any enginner/ repersantative take any action regarding this complaint. i am calling your sr. Executive's but all are helpless for resolve this complaint.daily all persons gives assurance for resolve this issue. Today i surprise that your reprsentative told me taht your cumplaint hasbeen solved. but actual no any person contant to me I hope you will take innitate to resolve this issue & call to be . I am Pankaj modi and my user ID is 3001619563. I have already given a complaint to your customer care Call center on Dt.: 10/7/2011 & they gave me a Complaint no.: 9873211. and they ensure me that my complaint will be solved on a same day.But No engineer visited my place on Dt.: 10/7/2011.and his mobile phone number is continuously switched off. Then I again call to your Customer care call center. this time they again gave me a new complaint number-9909026.and ensure me that my service engineer will visit my place on 12/7/2011 at 9.00AM. But this time again no one from your side visited my place. Now Today again I call to your Customer care center and again they gave me a new complaint Number-9937199. and now a new drama going on. This time they told me that your engineer will visit my place on 13/7/2011 at 10.00AM. So, from above, the conclusion is, Every day I have to to call to your customer care call center and get a fresh complaint number.I have no waste time for that. I have already called 50 times to your customer care call center in last three days and my lots of money wasted in this process. so, kindly reimburse it to my account. This is a very bad policy of your company and i am very unhappy with your services. so, I request you to solved my complaint at priority basis. otherwise I have to complaint it to Indian Consumer court.and for that you are fully responsible. with Best Regards.
