My consumer id is 19741034.
I have currently transfer my address and hence apply for relocation of my d2h videocon.
I have requested on 5th Dec 2011 by calling customer care service. They assured me this will happens within 24-48 hrs.
But for my confirmation I have remind them for this changes. Everyday I am calling to the customer care service person and remind them.
From 5th Dec 2011 to till date (11th Dec 2011), I have called 50-60 times to them as no one contact me from there side. I have talked with 4-5 Sr. Customer care executive but every one assure me only but no work from there side.
If I called at morning they told me engineer will definitely call you evening and when I called at evening then they told me next morning. Like that still I am getting only assurance but no worked has done.
I have wasted my time on call around 4-5 hrs in 6 days and also waste my time.
Please do the necessary or can anyone asked the engineer to contact me.
