I am using DISH TV from almost 5years. My package activated is Gold Saver 285/-. Now that pack is no more available with DISH since more than 12 months and they have come up with Gold Cricket 225/-. But DISH is still charging 285/- to me. When I asked to update my package with existing Gold Cricket they are charging 40/- for that.

This is not a very good thing DISH is doing with its customers. This should be taken care else they will loose loyal customers very soon.
