I bought HD connection on 25 October 2011 from this link and paid immediately online using my debit card, and i thought i am going to enjoying my weekends, they installed it on 27 October 2011, but so far they have not started my One month complimentary subscription, they have also discontinued Free to Air channel on 28 October, since then i am daily contacting their customer care, they are not telling me reason for this delay, And asking me to wait for 24 hrs, this thing is happening from 27 October and daily they are assuring me that my service will start within 24 Hrs.
Last they Customer Care executive has rudely told me that neither he nor any other executive can help me, i have to wait to next 24 hrs. Today another 24 hrs has expired but they still have not started my subscription.
I also have send them required documents as demanded by them.
I have send several email to Dish TV, but it seems they are not interested to help me. I also never got any reply from them.
Please guide me.
