I purchased a connection of Dish TV HD connection dated on 30 Oct.2011. After installation of Set Box Dish TV was unable to activate my connection. Even, after so many calls to customer care and the installation technician.The no.s given on cash receipt was compeletly none of use. Nobody picks landline and on mobile there was no response. Then, I decided to write an email to customer care. As they requested I provide V.C. no., cash receipt & SAF copy by email. Know they replied that they already activated the connection on 31 Oct. but it was very strange for me to say that according their customer care my connection was activated on 01 nov.

Again very strange, installation guy gives me a receipt of INR 1780.00 + 80.00 but according to their mail they received INR 1590.00 and my renewal due on 29 Nov. ( note : when I purchased 02 month free offer was there.)

Know I want my money back but they are saying sorry sir we can't refund the amount.

I am not using their service and they completely failed to provide any information and service to me.

Please forward my complaint to Dish Tv so that I got my refund asap.
