Dear Sir

on 2nd week of October i have requested Dish Tv Customer Care for upgrading my Set top Box from Standard Definition to High Definition and after so many follow up finally the service dealer installed the High Definition Set Top Box on 27th of October 2011 and after that till today i am not able to view any of the Channel. This is in spite of my daily follow up with the client the problem still continues. I have already paid the full amount for the full year and also paid the amount to the Dealer towards installation charges.

It is really irritating that after so many follow ups i am not able to get the desired service

i want to demand compensation from the client because waste of my time and money in addition to the emotional harassment

Request you to look into the matter and help me out
