I am very much dissatisfied about the service available with dish tv.
My recharge date was 26th august 2010, but because of some internet related issue, i am not able to make the payment, which i did it on today .i.e 28th august 2010. But on 27th August 2010 there was no service available to me, that means i am unable to watch any channel because all is deactivated from your end.

So i understand that if i paid on 28th August 2010 then it should be for the 30 days,that means my recharge date should be on 27th sep 2010. But why the recharge date is showing as 24th Sep 2010.

While talking to the customer care, i got different answers from different representatives, some says it is because of late fee, if so then for what ? some says because you have not paid the money on 26th august, this is the grace charge,if so then for what the grace charges are for ? You had already deactivated my service on 27th August 2010. Why should i paid the money where you had not given the service.


Now i want a clear cut answer from you.

1) Either the next renew date should be 27th Sep 2010 or the money should be refunded to me.
2) If nothing happens like that then i am going to file a consumer case against dishtv for dissatisfaction and consumer harassment.

and also this will be the last month with dishtv for me.

We subscribed to Dish TV 3 weeks ago and have constant problems getting local channels. I've called and talked to "Advanced" technicians who didn't know what the problem was. Tomorrow will be the second time a technician has come out - that's 3 in 3 weeks!!! We don't watch local channels much but football games on Sundays are a must for us and most of the time there is "Complete Loss of Signal". How can we switch back to DirecTV?

she had bought a connection with this company a few years back. during our time we have had many problems with the service provided by your company. the latest being that we had recharged our connection with the recharge coupons that are provided by various outlets. we called your customer care and recharged our connection expecting the connection to stay active till the 7th of September but to our horror the connection got disconnected by ur company. we had called the customer care many times before they told us that there was some pack that we had received with the recharge for free and later as on may 5th it became payable and its worth was 33/- and due to this above said reason they have discontinued our subscription. kindly look into the matter and revert back as soon as possible
