I have bought 2 Samsung LCDs on 24 June 2011 from A1 Electronics, Opera House, Mumbai. With the TV I was said that i will recieve free Dish TV DTH connection. The retailer provided me with 2 vouchers for Dish TV connection but when I have send the SMS with the Pin No on the vouvher to DISH TV they have send me back an SMS saying the voucher has expired. Now when I have asked the reatiler he says the voucher has expired on 31st May 2011.

SO why is Samsung selling LCDs with expired voucher. Isnt this a case of Misselling and taking the cutomers for a ride. When Samsung is selling LCDs with free vouchers it should look into it that such voucheres are redeemable and not expired.

Further the vouhers neither states any validity nor does it states any expiry dates neither any where in the vouchers there are are any terms and condition. In the absence of such thing its obvious for the customer to believe that the voucher is indeed reddemable and valid. Isnt DISH TV taking the customer for ride by issuing such expired vouchers.

This seems to be a ploy by samsung an DISH Tv in collabaration to cheat, defraud and missell products. Is it some Kind Of Joint Venture ?.

Can anybody tell me how can i Esclate this matter and any concerned Officer in any of the company to whom this complaint can be forwarded.
