I PAID RS 999 FOR NEW SD CONNECTION on 7 oct 2011.
AFTER PAYING ONLINE THE TRANSACTION DETAILS IS NOT GENERATED
(IT IS MISSING).IT IS SHOWING BLANK NO NUMBER.
My bank account is showing it has already paid the money.I asked and call the dish tv and they are telling give me the bank statement.i gave them but no reply.
during online payment I get one Enquiry Token No. is :-65635
When I complain to dish tv then they give me another number 2008415.
I have lost the money and they are sending me message that
they will sort out problem within 24 hours.
how i can submit the relevent supporting file
