I am a consumer having two connections from Dish TV (Zee) for last 4 years almost. Now i am getting pissed off with their new tactic. Provider is trying to be tricky by switching certain channels on their own without any prior information. I switched over from local cable guy to this DTH platform due to the same reason as he himself decide channels on his own, Now i am facing same problem again.
Ref: - When some cricket series is on they make channel available on paid pack.

After having a word with their executive on their Call center number, and executive informed me that channels have been cancelled from my pack and now i can avail the same on Al-a Carte pack for which i have to pay more.

I don't know if their is any authority which can intervene and ask companies to stop such practices.
