Dear Sir / Madam,

I have reliance BIGTV from since 1yrs and also satisfied about the reception.
I had booked a complain in the reliance BIGTV cust care no 18002009001 for poor signal and the same time the problem has been solved and I had also inform in reliance BIGTV cust care no 18002009001 for above said to solved the problem within 10 mints. In this regard some body called me on my mobile for above said after 1 or 2 days and I had told also to solved all the issues from myself to fine-tune the Dish Antenna which installed in my tierce .

Now I have no balance to watch the TV due to deduction of Rs 175/- from my running account illegally, which I had recharged with Rs300/- on dated 29th May 2010.

I am trying to keep the harmonious relationship between service provider and consumer by lots of request for maintain above said in BIGTV cust care 18002009001, Now they are telling by forcelly to recharge again with Rs315/-. It is very astonishing system, I can’t believe how can they are doing such activities with consumer.

Kindly do the needful for above said
