Sir i have purchased online dishtv new connection on 12.10.2011 at 8.30 p.m and then realised that as i am already using dishtv its of no use for me.within 10 minutes i have send email stating that please cancell the order and refund the amount.but they say that it is not possible.

Kidly guide me for the same
