I am very disappointed, I purchased Reliance Big Tv DTH one year ago My complain is that your company logo on the screen left hand side very big, That's why News can not be read very properly, Some characters behind the Logo. You have sent other channel Logo on the screen, viewers can not be disturb. Relinace is very big company, that why you have put on big logo ? Viewers / Customers can only read your logo each any every time, News can not be important ?
Last one year I send lots of mail (more than 20) on this email address :CustomerCare@bigtv.co.in. But there is not proper reply. I also complain on Toll free no : 18002009001.
