Hi,

I did online recharge for my dish TV DTH on 3rd Jan,2011 where I picked one year subscription for platinum package and paid Rs:3550/- and it has offer for 12 months. But now we are seeing a message saying the account need to be expired by 2nd Dec 2011 means for 11 Mons. Kindly update and fix this issue and the payment is already done.

This was not fare for DISH TV as such a big recognized company to cheat the customers this way. I did the clear payment through online,no where it is clear to the end customer and when I did the online payment is it implied that I am eligible for the offer.

I also use different DTH service and I trust DISHTV but i didnt expect this .As per the payment amount is the same[Rs 3550] and I did the payment in the offer period itself. By seeing the offer I did the yearly subscription otherwise it is not at all required to pay huge amount at one shot.

I hope you will consider as I dont want to loose 350/- rupees.
