This with reference to the above subject , We had requested you to install big tv connection on 25th may 2010.We have already made payment against it by means of cheque ,the same is debited to my account on 28th and the payment details are mentioned below. We have sent several mails, phone calls but its of no use at all. Reuest you to repay the amount paid by me with interest’s. I had several interaction with mr. koustoobh lahkar on his mobile number 08050965340, i had also spoken with one of your representative on no. 1800-200-9001 and spoke to one Mr. Laxman on 29th of may 2010 and on 3th of june your representative says that he has no power to file complaint against it and hence the line will be connected to supervisor for taking this complaint the call was on waiting for not sell then 40 min and 30 sec if this is the way how do the customer complaint on the issues. Trying to reach you from 2 hrs on 3rd June today but its just mentioning line is busy.
