    Disgusting Nodal offer service. Mr.Gopal of Gujarat who is nodal officer incharge of Ahmedabd whose number on website is 079-40037114.

    He is always found in metting a standard answer sinc 4 day's. he doesn't come on phone and guys picking up the call hangs up the phone or transfter to the call which get disconnected. They are not been allowed to transferred the call.

    I have a gnuine issue bu they are taking it up very lightly where should i complaint the same. My Registered number for DTH service is 9825000095 and mine anme is Dipen.

    AIRTEL DTH guys are not ready to listen anything nor nodal officers are trying to solve the issue.

    Where can i complaint about such a attitude ?? will i get a solution it's amonst long time 5 days inclusive 25th and 26th

    Hope my complaint to get the resolution today itself. Steps will be taken to Gopal who is a nodal officer but not responsible enough to answer a phone call. He should be penalized for the same.

    Also complaint is not getting resolved since long . Waiting for some confirmation on the same.

    Airtel guys are making fun of Customers .

    they even are not reading any complaints nor are they trying to solve the same.

    It's long time i have not received any information on the same.

    as per commitment on time of booking they have to give 3month free but now after taking money they juz gived 2 month. fraud idiot not reliable.
    i want to discontinue this fraud company. after booking they got 4 daz for installation n get another a day for resume service. very bad bad bad bad bad

    Dear Mr. Suryawanshi,
    I am user of Airtel Digital dish. I am using it since Jul-2010. My Customer id is:- 3004746150. Registered mobile number:- +91-9825885898
    I am having some problems and the same describing below
    1) HDMI Cable
    2) Sound Problem
    3) Technical Problem in Set Top Box
    I am having these problems since Apr-2011 and i called customer care number 1800 102 8080. Technician has visited my place for couple of times in the month of Apr-2011, his mobile number is +91-9725840671, he told me that your set top box is having some technical problem and it needs to be replaced. And he told me that set top box is not available in the stock so, we will inform you once set top box is available in the warehouse. He has given me some mobile numbers too for any quick resolution.
    I waited for 15-20 days and then i called on given mobile numbers. I called them on these numbers +91-7600046998, +91-9998896760, +91-9898031267 and then they have again visited my place in the month of Jul-2011. It’s almost 4 months when they again visited my place. I told them to replace set top box as the warranty is getting over in the near future. They told me don’t worry, it will be replaced soon and Set top box is a company's property so it will be replaced any time. However I have not received new set top box, I called Airtel Engineer on +91-9725840671 & he came my place and he told me that your HDMI Pin is having some problem hence we need to change your set top box without any additional charge. However I have not received set top box.
    Now this is a clear cut case of fraud from Airtel. I am complaining since Apr-2011 and Airtel has not solved my problem after giving frequent reminders. Now warranty period is over so, I am not liable to pay additional charge to Airtel. Airtel is responsible for such delay and Airtel has to replace my Set top box & HDMI Cable without any additional charge. I am even not able to switch on my TV due to all these problems and my pre-paid balance is getting lapse. I have called almost 20-30 times on customer care number howeverproblem is not yet solved
    Please treat this as urgent and don’t force me to pursue further. I have all the evidence of calls and mobile number of all engineers. I will go to consumer court if you don’t solve my problem with in a week or soon.
    Hope for the positive and quick resolution.

He was not picking my call and one lady was picking my call every time and she refuses to transfer my call to Mr. Surayavanshi. Finally on one day, I had a talk with Mr. Suryavanshi and he was not ready to talk with me and he misbehaved with me & told me that you have to pay additional charge for Set top box.
    Now this is a clear cut case of fraud from Airtel. I am complaining since Apr-2011 and Airtel has not solved my problem after giving frequent reminders.     Default Airtel DTH is pathetic service provider

    couple of months back i had taken airtel DTH and i use to have some buffer money in my account, for some top ups, airtel had deducted all my money without my information and while seeking clarification they are more interested in disconnecting the connection then resolve it, Nodel office is not ready to talk and no resolution at all, infect they are threating me that they will take all instruments provided to me and i will not get any refund as well. My cust ID is 3008726187. Delhi Nodel officer services is pathetic and i am very much frusteted by services. Manoj
