I am one of the DTH customer taken through DISH TV MORE THAN 3 YEARS OLD and as you aware that all the operator are trying to do good things so that they are also benefited and customer also benefited

I wish to submit the following facts in respect of DISH TV which is not bothered about the customer and charging extra money

Please go through the e-mail received from them regarding when I selected one of the package from the existing package demanding extra money

As you aware that the customer is free to select is own channel and accordingly he has to be billed without any extra cost.

The fee for the free channels and paid channel amount is specified in the net. Hence accordingly depending on my requirement I can select the channel for the period I am making payment .

Instead of activating in the next time according my requirement they are insisting around Rs 200 ( see e-mail from DISH TV) this is one king of looting they are doing which curtain the freedom for the customer to select his option

For example those who are having children may during holiday select higher package and later once school opened they may take only limited programme package during cricket season viewer may take higher package but later go for reduced package

Hence the customer can decide about programme after end of each payment circle. But demanding ex-orbinant amount is against law once there is a rate fixed for each package

Take further example moble recharge depending on the amount the user can get the time

FURTHER PERVISOULY BEFORE MAKING PAYMENT THE SITE WILL ASK FOR THE CUSTOMER TO SELECT THE FREE PACKAGE AND PAID PACKAGE AND TELL THE AMOUNT NOW WITHOUT INFOMRING TO THE CUSTOMER THEY HAVE CHANGE THE SITE AND IT IS NOT PERMIITING THE CUTOMER TO SELECT THE PROGRAMME and IT IS TAKING TO PAYMENT OPTION ONLY

HENCE I REQUEST YOUR GOOD SELF TO LOOK IN TO THE ABOVE EXTRA CHAGES ON BEHALF OF ALL THE POOR CUSTOMER WHO ARE NOT KNOWLING THE ABOVE EXTRA/ HIDDEN CHAGES/ UN AUTHORISED COLLECTION CHAGES BEING DONE BY DISH TV

We would like to inform you that as per company norms, if you wish to downgrade your package then you need to pay the minimum amount of Rs. 200/- and send request for down-gradation of package within 7 days of recharge. However Rs.40/- will be charged as down-gradation charges and rest of the amount will be adjusted in your account.

If you wish to update ala-cartes then you need to send us request for the same.

Furthermore we have forwarded your suggestion and request to our respective department.
