I’d purchased primary as well as secondary connection of TATA SKY HD in the month of June 2011. One of my Set up boxes started giving problem within a month of installation. It used to show Technical Problem & there would be no audio & video supply.
Consequent to my complaint one technician visited after one week & found that the digicom setup box needed to be replaced.
Despite repeated follow-ups with the technician & customer executive it was not resolved for another one week. They always would say that HD Set up box is out of stock.
However, after strong follow-ups they replaced it.
The similar problem I have been facing with another connection for last fifteen days where there is no audio signal. No technical turned up to look into the issue as well as they repeat the same statement that HD Set up box is out of stock.
It has been great disappointment since I’ve purchased Tata Sky connection. I suugest everbody not to buy TATA SKY HD Set up box, it is really horrible.
