sir,
respectfully I bag to say that i am costumer of airtel digital TV and costumer id is 3001771458. Airtel digital TV fraud with me at 24/06/2010 by following reason-
I call customer care officer before recharging my DTH to knowing the letest offer on my connection then costumer care officer told me about 20% cash back above inr Rs.200 recharge after 48 hours in my account.Then I recharge my connection by inr Rs.900.But company did not give any cash back.
I already submitted two mail about my problem to digitalTV@airtel.in But there is no reply \solution by company.
I have mentally stress by this fraud.
