I m not given the Five months free subscription of TATA Sky

HI,

I bought TATA Sky DTH connection and while buying this, I was informed for 5 months free subscription but I was given two months only. I logged complaints with TATA sky and and the dealers and called up them more than 5 times but no go. Planning to go for consumer court. Please guide me.
