Hi – I am an existing customer with Airtel digital TV and am completely irritated with the irresponsible, inadequate and absurd customer service from you guys.
My issue is below: All interactions happened on 18/8/11 & 22/8/11
1. I sent an SMS for Multi TV connection to 54325
2. A executive from Airtel DTH called up on 18/8/11 and asked to pay Rs.2390 through IVR for a HD set top box and multi TV connection.
3. I paid the amount by credit card through IVR vide transaction ID-16545383, it was promised that the installation will be done within 19/8/11 vide booking ID-37113
4. On 19/8/11 when the installation was not done till 3.00P, Icalled up the customer care no.03344448080 and they assured me that it will be done on that very day only.
5. I called 4-5 times today the customer care no 03344448080 since 8.00PM and spoke to various executives repeating my complain each time to each one no one can clearly give the status at last they transferred the call to their senior Sarita who was also unable to give a clear view of the status of my installation and told me to call my local dealer for installation. Which was very inconvenient.
It is totally unacceptable, ridiculous and unprofessional service without any ownership from Airtel where you cant even keep your commitment.
Utterly disgusted with your service and will be compelled to take legal action if the installation is not done within 25/8/11
