I had registered a request with Airtel (Complaint no 3947670) on 13th Sep for reactivation of my IPTV services and the due date for that was 20th Sep. That has still not been serviced. I first contacted customer service on 5th of Sep for this but they did not solve iptv issue. Only by mailing to nodal.ncr the complaint for reactivation was registered on Sep 13th.

I have been calling the Airtel customer care regularly but no response has been provided to me. I am an old user of Airtel, and now I am extremely disappointed with the services. Nobody is contacting me for my complaint and most importantly, there is no timeline given to me at all. I am asking for a timeline but every-time the customer service representative mentions that the complaint is in ongoing state you would be contacted by technical department.

I just want to know that if the reactivation is not possible, at least let me know so that I can shift to some other vendor. I hope you understand the issue and get this sorted out.

Also please let me know if there is another escalation mechanism that I can follow.
