Dear Concerned,

I had brought 2 DishTV Recharge cards (Serial no. - S00061125430 & S00061125431) Denomination Rs. 250 Each some 2 months back from a retailer M/s Shiva Video, Shankar Nagar, Raipur.

When I tried to use this vouchers for recharge purpose, it said the card was invalid. When I contacted the customer care, they said that these were not activated. Then I aproached the Retailer back, he said that he is not aware of the distributor who can activate the cards, as he makes his purchases from the wholesale market.

Then I approached the helpdesk of ITZ card (help@itzcash.com) on Wednesday, August 11, 2010 1:43 PM
regarding the same issue. I got a reponse from Jayanthi Poojary.(Sr. Executive - Customer Care., Itz Cash Card Ltd.) that they had checked my card status it was not activated so, I have to contact the person from where I have purchased this card, for activation.


My point is that being an end user why should i contact anybody for a product / service for which I have paid cash in advance? and If I did that, then why am I not getting any response for the same?

I think the help desk is not taking the matter seriously. As i have already mentioned that the retailer doesnt know his source of purchase, as he makes all his purchases from the wholesale market.

Kindly guide me further on this matter.
