Dear Sir,

I had subscribed for myway iptv through bsnl in 2009 at Chennai my customer id was 100013017. I had no problem with the service, suddenly on 8th nov 2011 I received a call from myway person that, as they were winding up the service offered by them, so if I can return the set top box provided by them for which I had paid the amount of Rs.2000/- for full purchase of set top box. Without any suspicion I told them if that was the scenario they can collect the box.
When the person came on 10th nov 2011 he gave me a form for the same and told that I will receive the full amount as refund within 15 days. today it is 16th of dec 2011. Still I have not received any refund from them. When I call their customer care no no one gives a proper response, even I had mailed them about the issue, but no one has even bothered to reply back. Of the late one of the person from myway customer care informed that I will receive only 1/4th of the amount paid by me that is Rs.500/-.
My only point is that it is they who have winded up the service, gave the false information that I will receive full refund and now tell that the company policy is to refund only 1/4th amount. How can they fix when they are winding the service. I did not want to surrender it. Please Tell me what action to be taken so that I receive my full refund and at the earliest.
