Hi,
From 6/10/2011 my Airtel STB is unable to receive any signal.I have lodged a complain at Airtel DTH Customer Care.Complain 12485352 is raised and I have been told engineer will reach at my home at Friday.When no engineer came on Friday I again called the Customer Care and came to know that previous complain has been closed.They again lodged a complain 12500547 but the same story continues.No one came to resolve the issue.On Saturday they closed the previous complain and a new complain is raised 12521763.Thus every time I am calling they are extending the ETA by lodging a new complain and closing the previous one without any resolution.From Thursday morning I am getting no service and today it is Sunday noon.If my issue is not resolved within Sunday night I will approach to Consumer Court as I am being mentally harassed and every day money is being deducted from account.
