I am B Chaudhry from Ludhiana,Punjab,Airtel Customer id-3007235445 & registered Mob No-9876092700.
On 24th Oct-11 I requested to customer helpline for relocation my Airtel Digital TV(ref no-12935741).When Airtel Engg visited my home I was out of city he called me that some wire & connector required for reinstallation & charged Rs 330/ for the same. In evening on the same day I have observed that there is signal problem.
Again I have registered one more complaint for “No Signal” problem to customer helpline(ref no-12967059) on 25th Oct-11 & got SMS that problem will be resolved by tomorrow, Next day I got SMS that your “No signal” problem has been resolved, even no body contact me or visit my home. After that I have received several same type SMS that your “NO Signal” problem has been resolved.
On 1st Nov-11 Morning again I explained all issues to Senior Help Line to Mr Neeraj (ref no-13192879) & in evening to Mr Rohit (ref no-13207111), both assured me that problem will be resolved today evening. But no one has come to attend the same.
Recently I spoke to Mr Harpreet Singh Manku,Nodal Officer Punjab Region,(ref no-13225488) on 2nd Nov-11 & requested to resolve “No Signal” problem which we are facing since 24th Oct-11.He also assured that problem will be resolved tomorrow positively.i have waited till 9 pm for Airtel engineer or feedback from Airtel,no action has been taken till now. For such small thing i have already reached to so many peoples, Instead of getting service i got only harassment, negligence & a bad service experience which i would never forget. Please do something against it.
As on today again I called up to Nodal Officer Help Line &spoke to Mr Vishnu &explained all issues &requested to resolve the problem.From last couple of days i am totaly harassed with the behavior & negligence of Airtel DTH service peoples.
Please do the needful as I got assurance from every person I hope you will take action against it.
