I ordered for a DTH connection - Airtel DTH - through Vriti Infocom Pvt Ltd., on 2nd October 2011 and same day after noon your representative collected cash Rs.1299/- (Receipt No.22703/02.10.11) from me by offerring delivery and installation will be on 3rd october 2011.
But till today nobody came to deliver the item.
For the last two days I keeping on call your representatives but in vain.

So requesting you for an immediate action on this.
