Hi, The tata sky HD box has not been working for more than two weeks now and no action has been taken. They have just replaced it with a normal tata sky box not even tata sky plus. We have been told that the tata sky plus HD is out of stock. Its really unbelievable that it can be out of stock . When we want to place a order for a new tata sky plus HD , the sales team informs us that it would be delivered within 4 hours duration. But for this replacement , we have been told that its out of stock . This is something very strange. The tata sky has not been working since 13th January. It has been 16 days , yet we haven't received any sort of response from you all nor we have got the HD box.
Inspite of sending so many mails and making so many phone calls , no action has been taken for more than 15 days. We are suffering for this .There is no affirmative response that I have received from the Tata Sky.
Please resolve my matter

You can address your complaint to Tata Sky's official twitter handle @tatasky. They need to provide you atleast the Tata Sky HD box. I faced an issue where I paid for the package amount but my account had been de-activated. I had tweeted about it and Tata Sky instantly replied to it. All I had to do is submit my subscriber id. Their customer service team immediately gave a callback and my account was activated. I suggest you too should provide your subscriber id either here or tweet regarding your issue with this complaint link and am sure they’ll look into your matter and get you Tata Sky HD or Tata Sky+ HD box as per your requirement.
