I would like to inform you the following Chronological sequence of events regarding the technical complaint number 130249676 for the smartcard number 200612762837
On 25/06/2010 at 9:30 hrs Complaint was lodge . Call centre executive told engineer will attend you with in 24 hours (by 26/06 morning at 9:30)but no body came
On 26/06/2010 at 9:22 hrs (2 times ) I spoke over phone with call centre executive He said engineer will attend you by afternoon of the same day but nobody came
On 26/06/2010 at16:30 hrs I Call call centre executive over phone . He said Engineer will attend you by 17:00 hrs of the same day but nobody came.
On 26/06/2010 at 17:52 hrs . I Call call centre executive over phone. He said Engineer will attend you by 19:00 hrs of the same day but nobody came
On 26/06/2010 at 18:49 hrs and 18:58 hrs I Call call centre executive over phone and he said Engineer will attend you by today (26/06) ,nobody came on that day
On 26/06/2010 at 19:54hrs (2 times ) I Call with call centre executive and technical branch over phone They said Engineer will attend you by tomorrow (27/06) morning nobody came
On 27/06/2010 at 9:20 hrs & 9:30 (2 times ) .I Call with call centre executive and technical branch over phone They said Engineer will attend you by today (27/06) but nobody came
On 27/06/2010 at 17:39 hrs & 17:49 (2 times ).I Call with call centre executive and technical branch over phone They said Engineer will attend you by today (27/06) but nobody came
For your kind information no engineer came or contacted me till the sending the mail . I am really surprised with the after sell service of the product . Although the set top box are not in working condition every day the balance are being deducted.
