Dear Sir,
I had sent an application to surrender my Dish TV connection on 15th March 2011. I have received a reply mentioning that your complaint has been registered and forwarded to concern department & you get response with in 45 days.
After that I regularly follow up with them over email & phone but I have not received any responce from the company.

I have security deposit receipt with me. Can I know how I can take action against this company.
